Flat 5 Details:
Flat 5 sits to the front of the building on the second floor and has a well-arranged open plan living area, private bathroom and double bedroom. The main living area is fitted with TV, sofa bed and armchair. These can convert into beds for 2 extra guests if required. The adjoining modern kitchen is complete with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Separate from the living room is a deluxe double bedroom with large, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and TV.
This suite has views out onto the cobbled street that leads down towards the sea.
An additional fee of £100 per week will be added if 3 or 4 guests are staying at the property and using the sofa beds.
Kalamaki Flats Shared Spaces
You will love spending time on the spectacular roof terrace as it has unspoiled views over the harbour, sea of charming roof terraces and of course the incredible turquoise waters of Kalkan bay. This terrace is for communal use for all 6 flats and has outdoor furniture and an electronic awning which provides shade for the hotter times of the day. You also have use of a communal WC just next to the elevator inside from the terrace. This is the perfect spot for you to enjoy a sundowner and observe Kalkan’s breathtaking sunsets and star filled skies.
Security at Kalamaki Flats
You access the main entrance to the building by an electronic keypad system so you can rest easy feeling secure. Each of the flats has its own individual keypad system on the entrance door. Each new guest sets their own access code on arrival. CCTV is fitted throughout the property and there is a video link to the main building entrance in each flat. Inside the entrance door to each flat is a screen so you can see who is at the main door. An on-site caretaker is available 24/7 to help you with any requirements you have. In the foyer there is an elevator which accesses all three residential floors and the shared roof terrace.

Kalamaki Flats Location
These stylish flats are in the Old Town on a cobbled street which leads to the sea and harbour. You can walk to the harbour in just a few minutes. You can easily explore the The Old town on foot and discover many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. There is no designated parking however street level parking can be found close to the entrance.
Prices shown below are per apartment per week based on 2 guests sharing. A surcharge of £100 per week will apply if 3 or 4 people are staying and the sofa beds are utilised. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to add extra guests to the booking.
