Apartment Deniz Kizi Location
Apartment Deniz Kizi is situated in Ortaalan below the D400 main road that passes above Kalkan. Guests can walk to the main town in around 10 minutes and to the Old Town in around 20 minutes. Villa Sihir Location
Villa Sihir is located in Akbel approximately a 5 minute drive from Kalkan’s town centre. There are convenience stores and the Akbel Sunday market area within walking distance for groceries. Guests may wish to use the reasonably priced local taxi service to go to Kalkan’s town or harbour. Villa Sera is located next door to villa Sihir and offers accommodation for up to 14 guests, so these 2 properties can be booked together for larger parties.
Villa Lilyum is an elegantly presented 6 bed villa located in a prime position with elevated sea views and substantial outdoor space. This villa is the ideal choice for accommodating a large family or group with a combination of twin and double en-suites, ground floor and roof top terrace and spacious interior. Villa Lilyum is located on a quiet street in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. From here guests can walk to the main town in around 10 minutes, Old Town in 15 minutes and Harbour in around 20 minutes. As the villa is located in an elevated area of Kalkan guests may wish to use the reasonably priced local taxi service to return to the villa. If you are planning a big celebration for a larger group villas Pisces and Guzel are located within short walking distance from villa Lilyum.

Villa Primavera is located towards the top of Kalkan in the Kiziltas area in a high position. Given the local terrain in this area of Kalkan hiring a car or using the reasonably priced local tax services is advised. The journey to the town centre takes just 3-4 minutes by car or taxi. Villa Azur is situated in an elevated position in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which gives fantastic views but makes the walk from town back to the villa a bit of a challenge. Going downhill to the centre is an easy 10-15 minute walk but guests who are not used to walking uphill may choose to use the reasonably priced local taxi services for the uphill journey back to the villa. For groups looking to book more than one property together villa Panorama 2 is a short walk away.
