The villa interior has been elegantly designed and accompanied with an array of modern features to ensure you have a luxurious stay. The main living area is on this floor with large sliding doors which give you access to the pool terrace area. This room is open plan in style and combines the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. All you need for a self-catering stay is provided in the contemporary fitted kitchen. In the living room there is a feature fireplace and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with Sky sports and English channels, so you can spend relaxing evenings indoors.
First Floor
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These bedrooms are conveniently arranged as a double and a twin next to each other. This is ideal for parents who want to be close to their children. Both rooms have beautifully finished en suite bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath and shower. Each bedroom has a private balcony accessed by large sliding doors which flood the room with light and overlook the pool terrace. From this floor you can access the pretty shaded back garden where you can relax on the swing seat or hammock.
Second Floor

Villa Elsa Location
This lovely property is in a serene part of Kalamar, close to the sea. You can take a leisurely walk to the nearby Kalamar beach club and visit some of the fantastic local restaurants comfortably on foot. For visits to the main town, Old Town and harbour you can walk in approximately 25 minutes or use the local taxis which take just a few minutes. The Gaia Residence (formerly Villa Ada 2), accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 beautifully arranged en-suite bedrooms and offers a private infinity pool, gym & games room with pool and table tennis to keep the whole family entertained. The views from the pool terrace are partial sea views, the views from the first and second floor bedrooms and roof terrace are uninterrupted sea and mountain views.

Villa Azur Location
Villa Azur is situated in an elevated position in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which gives fantastic views but makes the walk from town back to the villa a bit of a challenge. Going downhill to the centre is an easy 10-15 minute walk but guests who are not used to walking uphill may choose to use the reasonably priced local taxi services for the uphill journey back to the villa. For groups looking to book more than one property together villa Panorama 2 is a short walk away.
Villa Panorama 2 is a spacious and contemporary 5 bed villa in Ortaalan which boasts elevated views over Kalkan bay and surrounding mountains. With its’ large outdoor terrace and special feature infinity salt water pool and connecting outdoor jacuzzi, guests will have a wonderful time taking in the views and soaking up the sun. The pool can be heated for an extra fee in the cooler months of the season. The villa is tastefully decorated with spacious bedrooms, generous roof terrace and sea views throughout. Kalkan town centre and old town is a 10-15 minute walk downhill or a 3 minute drive.
