Entrance Level- Penthouse
The entrance to the property is at the rear on the top floor penthouse level. On this floor you will find two exceptionally large master suites each with walk in shower rooms and individual Jacuzzis placed so you can take in the azure vistas. Both rooms have direct access to a sizeable terrace with amazing sea and mountain views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable outdoor seating.
Follow the stairs down from this level to the ground floor main living area.
Ground floor
A grand living room, stylish kitchen and the final bedroom are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is beautifully finished with marble topped island, double sink and plenty of work surfaces. Alike all the other rooms you can admire bay views from this room. High quality modern appliances are provided including fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster and coffee machine. The lounge is cool and spacious with classy furnishings and wall mounted TV for entertainment.
Double doors provide access from the kitchen and living room to a shaded terrace with alfresco dining area and outdoor seating.
There is also a separate WC located on this level.
The final bedroom is also found on the ground floor off the hallway. It is configured as a twin room, with wardrobe, vanity unit and and en-suite shower room.
Outside Villa Porto
The multiple outside areas of Villa Porto allow you to relax and enjoy your time in whatever manner you wish. There are ample areas of shade and sun all set in attractive mature gardens which provide a good level of privacy. The outside spaces are arranged as follows:
A spa and leisure space with separate access can be found within the villa’s extensive grounds. This space includes a private gym, sauna and cinema room.
Courtyard garden – a stone paved shady garden to the rear of the ground floor level and is furnished with table and chairs.
Pool terrace – plush sun loungers are arranged around the split-level infinity pools. The lower pool is shallower and idea for children with sunken seating just below the water’s surface. There are tall palm trees spouting out from the pool which make for a lovely feature. To the rear of the pool terrace in the shade of the top floor veranda is the alfresco dining area with high quality BBQ.
Lower garden – green lawn with cabana double sun lounger overlooking Kisla bay.
Private beach platform – steps lead down from the lawn, cut into the cliff side to wooden sunbathing platforms set into the rocks. Just above the sea level, the platform is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols and scatter cushions. Steps lead directly into the sea.

Villa Porto is situated next to the prestigious Villa Mahal Hotel and beach club in Kisla, approximately a 20 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour area.
