Ground Floor

The apartment entrance is located on the first floor of the complex. This duplex apartment has a tastefully arranged open plan living room and kitchen with indoor dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and features a fridge, oven, hob and kettle so you can comfortably enjoy your self-catering stay. In the lounge area there is a comfortable L shaped sofa, TV and coffee table. A bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor.

Sliding doors open out onto a sizeable, furnished private balcony with sun loungers and deck chairs. From here you can admire views of the shared pool and out across the town and Kalkan’s turquoise bay.

First Floor

A winding staircase leads up from the living space to the upper floor which hosts two bedrooms, a twin and a double. Each room has a private furnished balcony with views of the shard terrace area and the sea.

Outside Space at Eda Apartment

If you are fortunate enough to be staying at the Elvina complex you have the luxury of a 46-metre-long communal pools to take a dip in. The ground floor communal terraces and pool area is beautifully maintained. Furthermore, you can take in the breath-taking sea views from the private balcony-terrace to the front of the living space. This terrace is furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs so you can make the most of day long sun or dine under the stars.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after checking out assuming there is no damage.
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Eda Apartment Location

The complex is ideally situated for visiting the centre of town on foot. You can walk to all local amenities on the high street in around 10 minutes and stroll to the Old Town in approximately 15 minutes. The apartment is located on a quiet road where you can find street level parking.
