First Floor

All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor of this apartment with the living space and outdoor terrace on the floor above. There is a double and twin en suite each bright and airy with contemporary furnishings. The master en-suite is very spacious with a sea-facing balcony and incredible views over the bay.

Outside Birsin Apartment

Adjacent to the living room at the entrance of the building is a shaded terrace area featuring an alfresco dining table for sole use by guests of this apartment. The complex the apartment is on has a shared pool and terrace area with sun loungers and built in BBQ which you can also make use of.

Birsin Apartment Location

Birsin Penthouse is located towards the top of Kalkan in the Ortaalan area. From here a 10 minute downhill walk brings you to the main high street that leads down past the bus station, weekly market area and many grocery stores, restaurants and banks.
