There is a double and twin en suite each bright and airy with contemporary furnishings. The master en-suite is very spacious with a sea-facing balcony and incredible views over the bay.

Second Floor

An open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area occupy the whole of the second floor of the apartment with access to the sea facing roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities guests could need for self-catering accommodation. The living space has an indoor dining table for 6 and lounging area with TV and armchairs.

Outside Fountain Penthouse

Adjacent to the living room at the front of the building is a terrace featuring a plunge pool with jacuzzi function and raised platform and sun loungers. With the incredible views across the bay the terrace is ideal for spending leisurely hours under the sun. There is another furnished balcony at the front of the living room. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a beverage and watch the magical Kalkan sunsets before heading into town in the evening. The complex the Penthouse is on has a shared pool and terrace area which you can also make use of.

Fountain Penthouse is located towards the top of Kalkan in the Ortaalan area. From here a 10 minute downhill walk brings you to the main high street that leads down past the bus station, weekly market area and many grocery stores, restaurants and banks.
