This property is located just behind two very popular local restaurants Adam’s and Guru’s place both famed for wonderful Turkish cuisine making this an ideal place for visitors who want to have a taste of truly Turkish lifestyle. Guru’s restaurant offers Turkish cooking courses so lovers of cuisine could have an ideal base at this villa. Another of our featured properties Kaputas Apartment is located opposite Gizli Bahce so up to 6 guests could be accommodated together.

Ground Floor

There are two separate entrances, the main entrance is for the open-plan living room and kitchen which connects to a double en-suite bedroom with private jacuzzi and access to the pool terrace. The second bedroom is a twin en-suite which has a separate entrance and views of the pool and garden.

Outside The Villa

For a group or family of 4 there is generous space for enjoying leisurely days under the sun. There is a decent sized private pool and sunbathing deck as well as swing seats and a seating group. A raised platform dining area with built-in BBQ sit to one corner of the garden overlooking the pool. This al fresco dining space has been fashioned from stone and wood- in keeping with the design of the main building adding to the natural rustic feel of this villa.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Gizli Bahce Location

Kalkan town centre is a 5 minute drive away from this property and parking space is available outside the villa entrance for guests who wish to hire a car. There are two restaurants located just below the villa and a convenience store close by for fresh bread and milk.
