This apartment belongs to a small complex of apartments and occupies the first and second floors of the building.

Entrance Floor

A stylish open-plan kitchen with dining table to seat 6 and tastefully decorated living room occupy the entrance floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including gas hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group and coffee table, LCD satellite TV with English speaking channels, DVD player and iPod & MP3 player sound dock. From the living room large patio doors open to a private balcony where you can dine al-fresco under the stars.

The first of two bedrooms is found on this floor a twin with access to a separate family bathroom.

Second Floor 

The master en-suite is found on the second floor fronted by full height picture windows and sliding patio door which connect to the private sun terrace.

Outside the apartment

To the front of the living area is a sea-facing balcony with alfreso dining table- ideal for enjoying your breakfast outdoors.

A private roof terrace has partial sea views with an outdoor jacuzzi and is furnished with sun loungers, outdoor seating group and parasol. The terrace gets the sun all day and has a mini bar for keeping drinks cool. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Kalkan’s magnificent sunsets or do some star gazing at night.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Kugu Apartment is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan from where you can easily walk to local amenities, bars, restaurants and the Old Town in approximately 10 minutes. We have some other centrally located 2 bed apartments with shared pools including Apartment Sue.
