Entrance Floor

The apartment entrance is located on the first floor of the complex and can be accessed via the main road via a gated entrance, so you don’t have to climb up any steps. This apartment has a tastefully arranged open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and features a fridge, oven, hob and kettle so you can comfortably enjoy your self-catering stay. In the lounge area there are 2 sofas, a coffee table and TV. French doors open out onto a furnished private balcony. From here you can admire views of the town and mountains whilst you sip your morning coffee.

The bedroom is located on this floor off the living room. This double room is furnished with comfortable bed and fitted wardrobes. A separate bathroom with walk in shower serves this master bedroom and the living space.

Outside Space at Merlot Apartment

If you are lucky enough to be staying at the Mediterranean complex you have the luxury of 5 different communal pools to take a dip in. The ground floor communal terraces and pool areas area beautifully maintained. The buildings are adorned with stunning blooms of Bougainvillea. Furthermore, you can recline in the shade of the patio space near the entrance of the apartment which is on the other side of the building from the pool terraces.

The complex is ideally situated close to the centre of town so you can easily access local amenities on foot. You can comfortably walk to all local amenities in under 10 minutes including the harbour, high street, Old Town and sea.
