This floor is made up of an open plan living space which combines a kitchen, living room and dining space. The fitted kitchen has a small island with integrated breakfast table to seat 4. To the side of the kitchen the lounge area has a seating group and coffee table and opens out onto a sea facing balcony. Wifi connection is available throughout the apartment.

The first of 2 bedrooms is on the entrance floor, a twin with private WC and shower room.

Penthouse Floor

The master double en-suite is located on this floor which connects to the spacious sea-facing roof terrace.

Outside The Milky Way

Adjacent to the master bedroom at the side of the building is a sunbathing terrace and sunken outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for spending leisurely hours under the sun. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a beverage and watch the magical Kalkan sunsets before heading into town in the evening. You will be truly amazed by the elevated sea views from this roof terrace.

The Milky Way Location

This property is in a quiet street in Kisla a short walk from Kalkan Beach Park, Fidanka restaurant the Castle restaurant and the sea. There is a small convenience store within walking distance but no supermarket in this area of Kalkan. You can walk to the high street and Old Town in around 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can use the reasonable priced local taxi services to stock up on groceries and explore the town.
