VILLA AFSANA – KALKAN, KOMURLUK

Villa Afsana sits adjacent to Villa Setara which can be booked together for larger groups of up to 16 guests. Villa Afsana is located within an easy 2 minute walk to the very popular Palm Beach Club and Zest Beach Club giving you access to sea, water sports and water taxi to the harbour.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the villa comprises of a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Double height ceilings show off the spectacular panoramic views.  The kitchen diner is fully equipped with modern appliances including electric oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.  You can relax in the comfortable seating area to relax and enjoy the views and also a dining table if you wish to eat in the comfort of the air conditioning.

The firs of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor, a twin ensuite bedroom boasting a freestanding jacuzzi bath allowing you to relax and enjoy the views.  This room also features a shower room, separate dressing room and a private balcony.

First Floor

The king sized master bedroom is located on this floor and features a free-standing Jacuzzi bath where you can take in the sea and mountain views. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing room and a private balcony with sea views.

Second Floor

The two remaining bedrooms are located on this floor.  There is another double ensuite bedroom which can also be configured as a twin if preferred.  There is also another king sized ensuite with separate dressing area.  Both bedrooms have access to a terrace area that spans the entire width of the villa, a perfect spot for a sundowner or to watch the twinkling night lights in the Kalkan bay.

Outside The Villa

The villa features a large heated infinity pool and a children’s pool with enough sun loungers to comfortably accommodate all guests.  The pool is flanked on 3 sides by seating areas, perfect to relax in the hot afternoon sun and enjoy alfresco dining in the evening.  There is also a BBQ.  There is also a table tennis and table football to keep you entertained.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Kalkan old town is an easy 10-12 min walk along the coast road or a 2 minute taxi ride.  Villa Afsana is a 2 minutes from three of the most popular beach clubs – Palm Beach Club, Denizim Beach Club and Zest Beach Club, giving you the option to lounge by the sea, do some water sports or take a water taxi into town.
