VILLA ALEXANDER-KALKAN, KISLA

Ground Floor:

The ground floor consists of a beautifully appointed open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and sliding doors for easy access to the terrace and pool. The fitted kitchen is a bespoke, handmade design with central granite topped island. If you enjoy entertaining, then this kitchen has been equipped for you. High quality modern appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, juicer, blender, oven and hob are provided for your use. You can definitely make the most of your self-catering holiday. If  you want to dine in the cool of the air conditioned interior, a 10-seater dining table is provided in the kitchen area. Plush sofas are arranged around a lovely active fireplace in the lounge space and there is direct access to the pool terrace. For entertainment this space has been fitted with a TV and DVD player, iPod station and a selection of books, board games and DVD’s.

Lower Ground Floor:

Situated below the infinity pool with a separate external access from the main villa is a well-equipped games room. This cool space is ideal for escaping from the midday sun and enjoying a game of pool or foosball. As well as these two tables there is a fridge, water cooler, sofa bed and 55” flat screen TV with Xbox consoles. There is a bathroom with shower adjacent to the games room.

First floor:

This floor is occupied by three gorgeous en suite bedrooms, all of which are sea facing and have access to a very large furnished balcony which displays elevated views over the bay at Kisla. Each room is furnished with a vanity table, ample wardrobe space and comfortable beds. The Paris and Bay rooms feature king-size double beds and the Botanic room has two large single beds which can be configured as a super king-size double on request.

Second Floor:

The very generous master suite occupies the entire second floor. Furnished with a comfortable 4 poster super king bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and large marble en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is open plan and complete = with bathtub and walk in shower. Off this bedroom is a large, balcony with large chairs and incredible panoramic sea views.

Outside the Villa:

Adjacent to the ground floor living area is a good-sized terrace with a private infinity pool, sun-loungers, an outdoor seating area and al-fresco dining table (seats 8).

Please note the pool at this villa is active between the months of May and October. For dates outside of these months please enquire at the time of booking about the pool.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking. 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Alexander Location

The villa is in a quiet street in Kisla a short walk from Mahal beach club, the Castle restaurant and the sea. There is a small convenience store within walking distance but no supermarket in this area of Kalkan. You can walk to the high street and Old Town in around 20 minutes.
