VILLA AMELIA-KALKAN, CENTRAL

Ground Floor

The entrance floor of the villa is split level with an indoor dining area and the first of 4 bedrooms on the upper part of the floor. If you have members of your group with limited mobility this ground floor double room is ideal. Furnished with large wardrobes a comfortable bed and en-suite shower room. A few steps down lead you to the open-plan living room and modernised fitted kitchen. Full height glass doors flood the room with light and connect to the pool and terrace and the rear of the villa. The kitchen sits adjacent to the living room and is equipped with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, water cooler, coffee machine and has high-tech automatic cupboard doors. Comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and Ipod docking station furnish the bright living area and double doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The three remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, two double en-suites with private balconies and generous wardrobe space and a light and airy twin room. A separate bathroom with shower serves the twin bedroom. All bathrooms on this floor have toilets with automatic flushes fitted.

Second Floor

A generous roof terrace covers the whole of the second floor of villa Amelia. Carefully designed for your convenience with a very well-equipped kitchen featuring a hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, BBQ and dinnerware. So you can prepare a feast or sundowner whilst admiring the spectacular views. To the front of the terrace there is a dining table and lounging area so you can spend leisurely hours gazing at the turquoise waters.

Outside the Villa

You access the villa through a private gated entrance. There is a shady terrace area with seating next to the front door. To the rear of the property is a pool terrace. This area features a private pool (can be heated on request), sunbathing area, dining table, and seating area.

Please note the pools at this villa are active between the months of May and October, for dates outside of these months please enquire at the time of booking about the pools.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Amelia Location

The villa is located just off the main road towards Kalamar bay behind the health centre. From here it is a short walk from the main high street, supermarkets and banks. You can reach Kalkan’s charming Old Town on foot in 5 minutes. If you are looking to book more than one property close together Villa Calypso is within a few minutes walk from this villa.
