Ground Floor

A fully modernised kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, island and breakfast bar. From here there is direct access to the outdoor BBQ area. The living room has comfortable seating for all guests and a full SKY TV package with direct access to the pool terrace. The first of 5 en-suite bedrooms is located on the ground floor, a double which also directly accesses the pool terrace and is advantageous for guests who have limited mobility.

First Floor

A further three elegantly presented en-suite bedrooms occupy the first floor of the villa, each with sizeable furnished balconies overlooking the beautiful seascape of Kalkan. There are 2 doubles and a twin so families with children can sleep comfortably in these adjacent bedrooms.

Second Floor

A fourth double en-suite room is located on the second floor in the eaves of the villa adjacent to a wonderful roof terrace which has a shaded seating area and outdoor jacuzzi. This is the perfect spot to admire the unique sunsets which are special to Kalkan.

Outside The Villa

To the side of the villa is a shaded outdoor dining and BBQ area which flows to a spacious terrace and decking area where there are ample sun beds surrounding the large sea-facing infinity pool. The pool has a cover and has the option of being heated for an additional cost during the cooler months of the season.

The views from the pool terrace are partial sea views, the views from the first and second floor bedrooms and roof terrace are uninterrupted sea and mountain views.

Please note that the pool at this villa is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Azur Location 

Villa Azur is situated in an elevated position in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which gives fantastic views but makes the walk from town back to the villa a bit of a challenge. Going downhill to the centre is an easy 10-15 minute walk but guests who are not used to walking uphill may choose to use the reasonably priced local taxi services for the uphill journey back to the villa. For groups looking to book more than one property together villa Panorama 2 is a short walk away.
