Ground Floor

On entering the villa, you find yourself in a chic open plan living space. This large room combines a living room, indoor dining space and kitchen. In the lounge area there is ample space and comfortable seating for reclining after a long summer day. A gorgeous fireplace makes for an attractive central focal point and is active so can be used for heating during the winter months. For entertainment there is a Smart TV which is connected to local satellite, and you can connect to your Netflix account. The fitted kitchen is bright and roomy with all the appliances you could need for a self-catering holiday. The amenities provided include an oven, fridge freezer, gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, hand juicer, electric whisk, toaster and water cooler.

A separate WC with walk in shower is located on the ground floor adjacent to the laundry cupboard with washing machine and ironing facilities.

First Floor

A curved staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms. These rooms are arranged as a twin and a double which is great for parents who want to sleep close to their children. Each room has fantastic wardrobe and storage space, comfortable beds, bedside tables and sizeable en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Second Floor

The final bedroom is on the second floor of the villa, another spacious double room built into the eaves of the building. Despite being in the eaves the ceiling height is not low and skylight windows allow plenty of light into the room. Across the hallway from the bedroom is a WC with sink. Adjacent to the bedroom is a large roof terrace which is furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. From here you can admire lovely views of the town, mountains and sea.

Outside villa Caretta

The private swimming pool and surrounding sunbathing terrace is south facing and so gets sunlight from morning through the afternoon. A raised wooden platform sits above the pool and there is a split-level terrace with the upper area featuring an alfresco dining area and BBQ. An outdoor shower is provided for your comfort and parasols provide shade when required. As the terrace and garden area is built over several levels, the outside space may not be suitable for small children.

Points to Note

• We recommend children 12+ due to different heights in the garden which are not secured
• We provide pool and bathroom towels. Guests should bring their own beach towels
• Wi-Fi available throughout the villa
• No smoking or pets allowed
• Upon arrival you will only receive 1 security house key with energy saving function (If the key is lost, the house owner must be informed immediately so that the key can be replaced and the guest will cover the costs)

Additional Information

• If you require an airport transfer, please let us know at the time of booking. We can arrange this on your behalf.
• If you would like a private chef we can arrange this for you. Make sure you enquire before arrival.
• For stays of 14 or 21 days, there will be an extra cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen by housekeeping staff on the first day of your new week.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

The villa is located just off the high street a short walk from fantastic local amenities including supermarkets, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
