Ground Floor

The villa interior has been elegantly designed and accompanied with an array of modern features to ensure you have a luxurious stay. The main living area is on this floor with large sliding doors which give you access to the pool terrace area. This room is open plan in style and combines the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. All you need for a self-catering stay is provided in the contemporary fitted kitchen. In the living room there is a feature fireplace and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with Sky sports and English channels, so you can spend relaxing evenings indoors.

First Floor

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These bedrooms are conveniently arranged as a double and a twin next to each other. This is ideal for parents who want to be close to their children. Both rooms have beautifully finished en suite bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath and shower. Each bedroom has a private balcony accessed by large sliding doors which flood the room with light and overlook the pool terrace. From this floor you can access the pretty shaded back garden where you can relax on the swing seat or hammock.

Second Floor

The third bedroom is on the second floor, the master double en suite with a kitchenette and access to a shady and spacious furnished terrace. This is the perfect spot for you to enjoy your morning coffee or recline with a book in the midday heat.

Third Floor

At the top of the villa is another double en suite bedroom set in the eaves of the building. This room opens out onto a spectacular roof terrace with large outdoor jacuzzi and comfy outdoor seating. You will love sitting out on this terrace in the evening watching the sunset with your favourite beverage or enjoying some start gazing at night. You can admire views of the local olives groves, mountains and sea from the roof terrace and watch the gullet bots going out and returning from their daily tours.

Outside villa Elsa

You will love spending lazy summer days on the charming pool terrace. The patio area is thoughtfully arranged so you can spend comfortable, leisurely days outdoors. To the front of the villa is a private pool with roman steps, fringed with ample sun loungers so that you can soak up some rays. The surrounding terrace is furnished with multiple seating areas including a raised wooden Ottoman style sitting space. A BBQ and alfresco dining table are provided so that you can cook up a feast under the stars and dine with the scent of jasmine in the air.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking. 75% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Elsa Location

This lovely property is in a serene part of Kalamar, close to the sea. You can take a leisurely walk to the nearby Kalamar beach club and visit some of the fantastic local restaurants comfortably on foot. For visits to the main town, Old Town and harbour you can walk in approximately 25 minutes or use the local taxis which take just a few minutes.
