Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open plan lounge and dining area with a dining table seating 8 guests adjacent to the newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen which also offers seating for 3 further guests at a breakfast bar. The lounge area offers a comfortable and cosy atmosphere with two sofas, an armchair, fireplace, coffee table and flat screen TV.

The first of 7 bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This is a single bedroom suitable for one guest, equipped with a wardrobe, dressing area and armchair. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

First Floor

The first floor is home to three bedrooms – two double bedrooms boasting sea views and an ensuite bathroom each with wardrobes dressing areas and armchairs; plus one twin room with sea views that also has its own en suite bathroom balcony wardrobe dressing area and armchair.

Second Floor

The remaining double master bedroom and twin bedroom can be found on the second floor.  The bedrooms boast sea views and are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and balconies, wardrobes, dressing areas and armchairs.

Villa Grande’s roof terrace provides guests with an exclusive area for relaxing and admiring the sunset. The floor also accommodates a spa room fitted with a Jacuzzi where guests can enjoy the sea views. There is a kitchenette area featuring bar stool seating. The roof terrace can accommodate up to 4 guests on sun loungers and there is a separate al-fresco dining area, all of which overlooks the magical Kalkan bay.

Outside Space

Villa Grande is a fantastic villa for large groups, with plenty of space and amenities to suit you. The property features a spacious terrace with private swimming pool and multiple seating areas for guests to relax on. The pool offers sea views and is lined with plenty of cushioned sunbeds and parasols for you to enjoy the sun. There is also shaded outdoor sofa and armchair set, along with two separate dining spaces and a BBQ enabling guests to dine al-fresco.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival
