A spacious open-plan living area and kitchen with direct access through large sliding doors to the pool terrace occupy the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and a built-in breakfast bar and the living room has a large comfortable sofa, feature fireplace and TV.

The first of 5 bedrooms is on this floor, a twin en-suite with access to a large balcony which connects to the pool terrace.

First Floor

A further 3 bedrooms occupy the first floor a double en-suite with pool facing balcony and a twin and a double which share a bathroom.

Second Floor

This level has a twin bedroom with en suite and also boasts access to the wonderful furnished roof terrace which has sweeping views across Kalkan bay and the sea. There is also a Turkish style sitting room with floor cushions on the second floor.

Outside the Villa

The private pool terrace offers a large rectangular pool and spacious sunbathing platform and outdoor dining area shrouded in the plush greenery that fringes the terrace. A pergola shaded seating area is available as well as a BBQ to make the most of outdoor living.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Guzel Location

Villa Guzel is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan and is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the Old town. The villa is accessed down 1 flight of steps and has a designated parking space next to the entrance.
