Villa Karma is set out over 3 floors:

Living Area

The open plan living area is tastefully furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen with double glass doors opening out to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with en-suite (shower plus bathtub)

Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite (shower)

Bedroom 3: Twin beds with en-suite (shower plus bathtub)

Bedroom 4: Twin beds with en-suite (shower)

Outside Space

The private pool is surrounded by a generously sized pool terrace area with sun loungers and parasols.  Due to the location in Komorluk the terrace gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day and is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets Kalkan is renowned for.

There is a shaded area with table and chairs where you can enjoy alfresco dining cooked on the built in BBQ.  There is an additional comfortable seating area at the front of the pool terrace overlooking the Kalkan Bay.

• A safe is provided
• Local beach clubs (Palm, Zest and Denizim) are a few minutes’ walk away
• Kalkan Old Town is approximately 10 minutes’ walk away
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Full clean, towel and linen change every week
• Pool dimensions are approximately 8 metres x 4 metres x 1.75 metres deep

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival
