Ground Floor

An open-plan kitchen, living room and indoor dining area takes up much of the ground floor with direct access to the private pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, kettle and toaster and has a dining table to seat 8. The living room is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.

There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor which is ideal for guests with limited mobility. A separate bathroom with shower sits next to the twin room and serves this bedroom and as a guest WC.

First Floor

This floor is occupied by 3 double bedrooms the largest is the master room is en suite and the other two doubles share a bathroom across the landing. Each room has a vanity table and ample wardrobe space and the two front sea facing bedrooms have private balconies.

Outside Villa Louise

The private pool terrace hosts a rectangular pool plus children’s splash pool with sun loungers fringing the pool so you can catch plenty of rays. To the rear of the terrace is a set of steps leading up to a raised alfresco dining terrace with outdoor BBQ so you can make the most of outdoor living while admiring the views.

Villa Louise Location

This villa is in the lower part of Kiziltas just above the town centre of Kalkan. To the main town it is approximately 10 minutes on foot following the roads downhill and to the Old Town and harbour it’s a 15-minute downhill walk.
