This is the first of two kitchens in the villa with a main sitting room and kitchen on the floor above. Ground Floor

The main indoor living area is on this floor which is open plan in style and combines the living room, kitchen and indoor breakfast area. All you need for a self-catering stay is provided in the fitted kitchen. The living room has a feature fireplace and is furnished with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV so you can spend relaxing evenings indoors. There is a second terrace that wraps around this room with outdoor seating to the front and an alfresco dining table to the side.

First Floor

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These bedrooms are conveniently arranged as a double and a twin next to each other which is ideal for parents who want to be close to their children. Both rooms have access to a shared bathroom with walk in shower. Each bedroom can access a shared balcony which is fully shaded and furnished with a seating group, ideal for reading a book and cooling off from the midday sun.

Second Floor

The final bedroom is on the top floor a double en suite arranged eaves of the building. This room has access to a small furnished terrace. The roof terrace is the perfect elevated spot for you to watch the sunset illuminate the sea in the evening.

Outside Villa Mandalin

You will love spending lazy summer days on the charming pool terrace which sits to the front of the property. There is a private pool, fringed with ample sun loungers so that you can soak up the sun. The rest of the terrace is furnished with an outdoor seating area, and breakfast table. One level above the pool terrace is a wrap-around walled terrace which connects to the main living room and kitchen and is furnished with alfresco dining table and seating group. On the upper floors of the villa are two terraces off the bedrooms, one is fully in the shade on the first floor and the other at the top of the villa is drenched in sunshine all day long.

Villa Mandalin Location

This lovely property is situated in a serene part of Kalamar close to local restaurants and just next to a Carrefour supermarket. You can take a leisurely walk and visit some of the fantastic local restaurants comfortably on foot. For visits to the main town, Old Town and harbour you can walk in approximately 20 minutes or use the local taxis which take just a few minutes.
