Ground Floor

Inside the villa has been elegantly designed and accompanied with an array of modern features to ensure you have a luxurious stay. The main living area is on this floor with large sliding doors which give you access to the pool terrace area and frame the stunning sea views. This room is open plan in style and combines the living room, kitchen and indoor dining area. All you need for a self-catering stay is provided in the contemporary kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV so you can have relaxing evenings indoors.

This floor hosts one bedroom, a bright and airy twin en suite. From here you can directly access the communal living space and pool terrace.

First Floor

Three more bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master en suite features a comfortable double bed and private jacuzzi bath so you can unwind in style. One more double and a twin en suite sit adjacent to the master bedroom. All these rooms share access to a full length furnished balcony perfect for sipping your morning coffee and taking in the spectacular seascape.

Second Floor

The final bedroom is on the second floor, another double en suite with access to the roof terrace. The roof terrace has great facilities including a seating area, sun loungers and BBQ. This is the perfect spot for you to enjoy a sundowner and watch the sky illuminate over the sea.

Outside villa Maris

You will love spending lazy summer days on the well-arranged pool terrace which sits to the front and side of the main living area. Spend your days cooling off in the infinity pool which also has an integrated jacuzzi at the top. Ample sun loungers are provided on the wooden sunbathing platform at the rear of the pool. Extending across the front of the living area the rest of the terrace is furnished with outdoor seating area, dining table and swing so you can make the most of outdoor living.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking. 75% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Maris Location

This striking villa is situated just next to the Kalamar hotel just above the sea. You can leisurely walk to the local Kalamar beach club and visit some of the fantastic local restaurants. For visits to the main town, Old Town and harbour you can walk in approximately 25 minutes or use the local taxis which take just a few minutes.
