VILLA MAVI- KALKAN, KISLA

Ground Floor:

The ground floor consists of an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and sliding doors for easy access to the terrace and pool. Modern appliances including fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and hob are provided. So you can make the most of your self-catering holiday. For times when you want to dine in the cool an 8-seater dining table is arranged in the living area. A separate WC and laundry room is also available on this floor.

First floor:

Two en-suite twin bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each room is furnished with vanity table, ample wardrobe space and comfortable beds and both rooms have private balconies with partial sea views.

Second Floor:

The generous master suite occupies the entire second floor. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle.  Tracing the length of the building is a large, curved balcony with dining table (seats 4) and panoramic sea views.

Third Floor: 

On the top floor in the eaves of the building is the final bedroom which has 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. From here you can access the roof terrace which has elevated views of Kalkan and the gorgeous turquoise bay.

Outside the Villa:

Adjacent to the living area is a good-sized terrace with a private pool, sun-loungers, an outdoor seating area and al-fresco dining table (seats 8). While the pool area receives sunshine for most of the day, ultimate sun worshippers will love  the roof terrace for all-day sun.

Please note the pool at this villa is active between the months of May and October. For dates outside of these months please enquire at the time of booking about the pool.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Mavi Location

The villa is located in a quiet street in Kisla a short walk from Jojo beach club, the Castle restaurant and the sea. There is a small convenience store within walking distance but no supermarket in this area of Kalkan. You can walk to the high street and Old Town in around 20 minutes.
