Ground floor

The ground floor is occupied by a wonderfully stylish split-level, open-plan living room kitchen and dining room. The spacious kitchen is on the higher level and is very well equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, blender, Turkish coffee machine, toast machine and ample utensils. A granite style breakfast bar to comfortably seat 6 is integrated into the island with the gas hob. On the lower level is a large indoor dining table for 12 and a generous living room space with large seating group set around the flat screen TV. Two large glass sliding doors connect the living area to the pool terrace and frame the stunning seascape views.

Additionally, there is a separate W/C and utility room with washer, dryer and an iron and ironing board located on this floor.

First Floor

The first of the 6 bedrooms are on the first floor one double and one of the two master bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en-suite with flat screen TV’s, mirrored wardrobes and share access to a furnished large sea-facing balcony. The master bedroom has the addition of a private jacuzzi bath in the bathroom.

The other room located on the first floor is a cinema room with ‘L’ shaped sofa, flat screen TV, sound system and Playstation. The sofa has the option to be made up as a bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests. There is also a shower room with W/C adjacent to the cinema room.

Second Floor:

A further 3 en-suite bedrooms occupy the second floor, a master and double en-suite mirroring the bedrooms on the first floor with access to a shared private balcony, and a jacuzzi in the second master room. The double room can be converted to two singles if required. The third bedroom on this floor is a children’s en-suite room with a bunk bed and single bed allowing space for 3 children to sleep.

Third Floor:

The final double en-suite is located on the third floor with direct access to a large furnished roof terrace boasting breath taking sea views from this elevated position. Due to this room being located under the sloping roof eaves, the ceiling is lower.

Outside the Villa:

A generous sea view pool terrace sits to the front of the villa, accessed through the sliding doors of the living room. There is a covered alfresco dining area accommodating 12 guests on two dining tables, 10 sun loungers adjacent to the large infinity swimming pool, stone BBQ and ottoman style seating area. The swimming pool includes a ‘swim against the current machine’ and pool heating is available at an additional cost (upon request).

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Mavi Kelebek is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan approximately a 25 minute walk from the town centre or a 3-4 minute car/taxi ride.
