Ground Floor

A spacious kitchen and open plan living area has direct access through the sliding doors to the pool terrace.  There is a comfortable L shaped sofa, large TV and home entertainment system.  The floor to ceiling glass walls to the left and front of the room provide plenty of light and stunning sea views.

Lower Ground Floor

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor.  2 double bedrooms, both ensuite and another bedroom configured as a double which can be converted to a twin upon request, with use of separate WC and shower room. The games room is also located on this floor.

First Floor

The master suite is a very spacious double bedroom with en-suite which occupies the whole of this level.  There is also a jacuzzi in the corner of the room with amazing sea views.

Second Floor

This level of villa Naz has a double bedroom with en-suite and also boasts access to the wonderful spacious roof terrace with a comfortable seating area and sun loungers.  A perfect spot to enjoy the sea views over Kalamar bay and surrounding mountains.

Outside the Villa

There is a lovely infinity pool which includes jacuzzi jets and sun loungers surrounding the pool. For seating a swing chair and a shaded outside dining area with sea views is provided.  To the side of the villa is a BBQ and another shaded area with table tennis table. Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

This spacious villa is locate in the serene Kalamar area of Kalkan. Kalamar beach club along with several good restaurants are within short walking distance from this property. The walk into the main town takes around 20 minutes or you can use taxis to explore the main town and Old Town.
