Ground Floor

A contemporary and chic open-plan living room and kitchen occupy the centre space of the villa and overlook the pool and terrace. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, armchairs with a flat screen TV which can connect to the internet and Netflix. Beautiful floor tiling is used throughout the villa. The kitchen is fully modernised and well equipped with appliances including fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher along with plenty of utensils and crockery. At the centre is a large island with integrated hob where you can enjoy your breakfast with the built-in breakfast bar. Large floor to ceiling doors connects to the large terrace and private pool providing the living area with plenty of natural light and frame sweeping mountain views.

As the property is built all on at ground level, all bedrooms are on the same floor. Each of them has views over the pool and direct access to the terrace for total comfort and convenience. All three rooms have been stylishly finished with two doubles and a twin available.  A twin and a double are arranged next to each other at one end of the villa so that families with children can be comfortable sleeping close together. The master bedroom at the other end of the villa is particularly generous with the bonus of and 2-seater jacuzzi bath, perfect for a relaxing and gazing out over the stunning green mountains.

Outside Villa Niro

To the front of the villa is a sizeable pool terrace with a large private infinity pool at the focal centre point. Encompassing the pool is a sunbathing patio with sun loungers, built-in BBQ with food prep kitchenette area, alfresco dining table and outdoor seating groups.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Niro is located in Incebel approximately a 10-minute drive from Kalkan’s town centre just behind the popular LaVanta complex. If you are staying at this villa we advised you to hire a car or be prepared to use local taxis. This villa sits adjacent to another villa in our collection, Villa Siro. You can book these two villas together where availability allows.
