Ground Floor

The entire ground floor is occupied by a bright and airy open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room. This combined open plan living space is designed to give you convenience and comfort and is fronted by sliding doors for direct pool terrace access. The fully modernised fitted kitchen is complete with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large 8-seater dining table which has views of the pool terrace and sea. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating so you can unwind after a day in the sun plus a TV and feature fireplace.

First Floor

Two very generous double en-suite bedrooms which shared access to a large balcony which runs the length of the building.

Second Floor

Two more sizeable en-suite bedrooms, one twin with a French balcony and sea views and another double en-suite with a large wrap around private balcony.

Terrace Floor

Single en-suite bedroom with access to spacious roof terrace with sun beds and seating group overlooking the turquoise sea.

Outside Villa Panorama 1

A spacious terrace fringed with beautifully kept greenery with alfresco dining area sits adjacent to the living room doors. To the front of the terrace is a private infinity pool and a set of steps leads to a raised outdoor jacuzzi sitting above the pool. Surrounding the pool are ample sun loungers so you can make the most of your hours in sun.

Villa Panorama 1 Location 

Our villa is situated high up in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which gives fantastic views but makes the walk from town back to the villa a bit of a challenge. Going downhill to the centre is an easy 10-15 minute walk but you may choose to use the reasonably priced local taxi services for the uphill journey back to the villa.
