The ground floor has a spacious living area which includes a large flat screen TV with Satellite and opens onto the pool area and terrace. 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the pull out sofa bed in the living room.  The fully equipped kitchen and dining area flows through from the main living area with stunning views of the Kalkan bay and surrounding areas. There is also a downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

• £250 security deposit, returned within 10 days after check out
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Samira Villa 4 Location

Samira villa 4 is located in the lower part of Kalkan’s Kiziltas area. Guests can walk to the main high street from here in approximately 10 minutes with access via a footbridge across the main road. The walk down to the Old town takes around 20 minutes but as the return journey is all uphill many guests choose to use the local taxi services.
