Ground Floor

The kitchen has a sleek modern design and plenty of space for a group of 4 guests with a long island separating it from the dining area. Amenities include oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and water dispenser. The living room and dining area both have pool and garden views and offer comfortable seating and LCD TV.

A light and airy twin en-suite is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

The master bedroom is very generous with a large jacuzzi bath open to the room with views of the surrounding mountains olive trees and sea on the horizon. A private en-suite bathroom is found at the back of the bedroom. To the front of the bedroom is a long private balcony which overlooks the pool, garden, local landscape and sea in the distance. A generous roof terrace with sunbathing and seating area is found to the side of the master bedroom.

Outside The Villa

Large pool terrace with outdoor dining and seating areas as well as a built-in stone BBQ to make the most of al fresco dining under the sun. There is also a private pool and children’s pool with sunbathing patio as well as a table tennis table to keep you fit and entertained during your holiday. For guests who prefer to have more privacy villa Shade has a secluded pool terrace which is unseen from the outside.

Villa Shade Location

Villa Shade is located in the pretty village of Islamlar which sits high above the town centre of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity. However the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine.  Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries.
