Ground Floor

The entrance floor is entirely occupied by an open-plan kitchen and living room with front and side sliding doors that open out onto the villa’s sea facing pool terrace. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with modern appliances including electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave. To the front of the kitchen is the living area which has comfortable lounging space and a TV with sliding doors to access the private pool and wooden sunbathing terrace.

Lower Ground Floor

A spacious double en suite is found on the lower ground floor with sliding doors opening to a small feature garden.

First Floor

Two further bedrooms are found on the first floor, a twin bedroom to the right and a double en-suite to the front of the villa with private balcony overlooking the sea. The bedrooms are light and airy and have plenty of wardrobe space.

Second Floor

A final double en-suite bedroom is found on the second floor in the eaves of the villa with a private balcony which offers stunning elevated sea views. A storage room with space for luggage is also available on this floor.

Outside The Villa

The pool terrace is situated to the front of the villa facing the sea with a private infinity pool occupying the centre. Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing platform and outdoor seating area.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Sole Myra Location

Villa Sole Myra is in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. This is one of the best locations in Kalkan as it is a short walk to all amenities including the local health centre and pharmacies, beach club, numerous restaurants bars and shops and the picturesque Old town of Kalkan is less than 10 minutes on foot. Set back from the main road this location is particularly favourable for the beautifully landscaped gardens of the neighbouring villas.
