VILLA SULTAN- KALKAN, KOMURLUK

Villa Sultan sits adjacent to Villa Hanedan which can be booked together for larger groups of up to 16 guests. Villa Sultan is located within an easy 2-minute walk to the very popular Palm Beach Club giving you access to the sea, water sports and water taxi to the harbour.

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises of a stylish open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which is fronted by sliding glass doors to access the pool terrace. The room is light and spacious and has dazzling views across the bay.  The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with modern appliances including electric oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.  Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table to seat 8. The seating area is comfortably arranged and features Satellite TV (with limited English channels), DVD and CD player and direct access to the pool terrace.  There is also a separate shower and WC on this floor.

Lower Ground Floor

Two elegantly furnished twin bedrooms are located on this floor which are accessed by an external staircase. Both rooms are en-suites with shower rooms and access to a lower ground garden with hammock.

First Floor

The two master bedrooms are located on this floor each with a corner-fitted Jacuzzi baths where you can indulge enjoy the sea and mountain views. Both rooms are similar in size and have private en-suites and private sea-view balcony access.

Outside The Villa

The terrace stretches from the front of the villa across to the side where a large infinity pool and sunbathing platform offer the perfect place to soak up the sun.  At the front of the villa is an al-freso dining and seating area which is shaded by the large balconies from the bedrooms above.

Please note the pool is active between the months of May- October.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival
