VILLA SURA- KALKAN, KALAMAR

Villa Sura is being upgraded over winter 2021. The photography currently shown is before the addition of the 5th and 6th bedrooms. A sauna and massage room will also be added to the villa, along with a Jacuzzi and bar on the rooftop terrace. Photography to be updated once the work is complete.

Lower Ground Floor

Two new double bedrooms have just been completed for the 2022 season and are found below the pool with a shared shower room.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor you will discover a spacious open plan living area which is made up of an ultra-modern fitted kitchen, indoor dining area and living room. This space is perfectly comfortable and air conditioned so you can cool off the heat of the day. The kitchen is complete with centre island and integrated hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and water cooler. You can relax on the comfortable L shaped sofa in the lounge which also has a flat screen TV for entertainment.  An 8-seater dining table is arranged to the side of the lounge which means you have the choice to dine in the cool of the air-conditioned room

First Floor

Three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. They are conveniently arranged as two doubles and a twin which means parents can sleep close to children. Each room is fitted with ample wardrobe space and have private en suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Unwind on the private furnished balconies that sit to the front of each bedroom and display incredible sea views.

Second Floor

The master bedroom occupies the second floor. This is a bright and airy double with en suite bathroom that opens out onto an elevated roof terrace. From here you can watch the town come alive in the evening and enjoy star gazing at night.

Outside villa Sura

You will love spending lazy summer days on the well-appointed pool terrace which sits to the front of the main living area. The patio sweeps across the front of the building and is furnished with plush sun loungers, outdoor seating group, pear swing and alfresco dining area with BBQ. At the centre of the terrace is a large infinity pool with integrated shallow end.

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking. 75% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Sura Location

This property is in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. From here you can easily walk to  Kalamar beach club and several fantastic restaurants and spas. The Old town and main high street are approximately a 20-minute walk from the villa or alternatively you can use the reasonably priced local taxis for journeys to the centre and harbour.
