Ground Floor

The ground floor is occupied by a generous living area with an open-plan design combining a sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The sitting room combines modern and authentic styles with stone clad walls, terracotta floor tiles, feature fireplace and a plush seating group. For entertainment there is a flat screen satellite connected Smart TV. To the rear the bright and airy fitted kitchen is well equipped with high quality modern appliances and dinnerware. From the LIVING you can access the alfresco dining area directly, making light of your work when planning an outdoor feast.

A communal WC is accessible on the ground floor and winding stairs lead up to the first floor.

First Floor

This floor has 2 good-sized bedrooms, both double en suites. The private bathroom to bedroom 2 is just next door and accessed from the landing.

Each room has colourful artwork and is furnished with comfortable beds ample wardrobe space, a vanity table and bedside tables. They each have access to private, furnished balconies with garden, pool, town and sea views.

Second Floor

The master bedroom fills the second floor with lovely wood beamed ceiling and spacious shower room with. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub as well as a shower so you can truly relax after a long day in the sun. You can step out form this room onto the roof terrace with seating group and exquisite views out to sea.

Outside Villa Tashla

The pool terrace and walled patio garden provides an ideal haven for the whole family to relax in privacy. To the side is the large private pool with curved Roman steps for easy access. The rest of the stone paved patio hosts sun loungers, outdoor seating and a shaded dining area. Whatever the time of day, the outside space of the villa offers areas of both shade and sun.

Please note the pool is active between the months of May to October. For dates that fall outside of this period please enquire.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check-out assuming there is no damage
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Tashla Location

You can take a pleasant walk to Kalkan high street in 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is a 6 minutes’ walk away so you can easily stock up on supplies.  A range of charming boutiques, bars, restaurants and spas are less than 10 minutes on foot. The entrance to the villa is accessed down a gated flight of steps. Street level parking is available for guests who choose to hire a car.
