Ground Floor

The main indoor living area is on this floor with French doors which allow you easy access to the pool terrace area. This room is open plan in style and combines the living room, kitchen and indoor breakfast area. All you need for a self-catering stay is provided in the contemporary fitted kitchen. The living room has a feature fireplace and is furnished with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV so you can spend relaxing evenings indoors. The first of two shared bathrooms is on the ground floor which has a WC and walk in shower.

First Floor

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These bedrooms are conveniently arranged as a double and a twin next to each other which is ideal for parents who want to be close to their children. Both rooms have access to a shared bathroom with walk in shower. Each bedroom opens out onto a shared balcony which has lovely views of Kalamar bay and Snake and Mouse islands on the horizon.

Second Floor

The final bedroom is on the top floor a second twin bedroom arranged in the eaves of the building. This room has access to the roof terrace and a small kitchenette with washing machine. The roof terrace is the perfect elevated spot for you to watch the sunset illuminate the sea in the evening.

You will love spending lazy summer days on the charming pool terrace which envelops the main building. To the front of the building is a private pool, fringed with ample sun loungers so that you can soak up the sun. The rest of the terrace is furnished with an outdoor seating area, dining table and swing seat so you can truly make the most of outdoor living.

Villa Vega 14 Location

This lovely property is situated in a serene part of Kalamar close to the sea. You can take a leisurely walk to the nearby Kalamar beach club and visit some of the fantastic local restaurants comfortably on foot. For visits to the main town, Old Town and harbour you can walk in approximately 25 minutes or use the local taxis which take just a few minutes. If you choose to come by car street level parking is available at this villa. If you would like to book more than 1 property together villas Vega 12 and Vega 13 are adjacent to this villa.
