The ground floor has a spacious living area which includes a large flat screen Smart TV with Satellite and opens onto the pool area and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area flows through from the main living area with all you need for a self-catering stay. There is also a downstairs WC on the ground floor.

Outside Villa Verde

The outside space at Villa Verde is complete with private swimming pool, sunbathing patio and comfortable rattan seating group. The garden is well maintained with mature planting and there is a BBQ area so you can cook up a feast for evenings by the pool.

Please note that the pool is active during the summer season between May and October, please enquire for reservations that do not fall within these dates.

• £250 security deposit, returned within 10 days after check out
• 25% deposit when booking, 75% balance due 90 days prior to arrival

Villa Verde Location

This property is in the lower part of Kalkan’s Kiziltas area. Guests can walk to the main high street from here in approximately 12 minutes with access via a footbridge across the main road. The walk down to the Old town takes around 20 minutes. As the return journey is all uphill many guests choose to use the local taxi services. To reach the villa entrance you must ascend or descend a flight of external stairs which connects the roads above and below the property.
