Ground Floor

This floor of the villa is occupied by a spacious open plan living area made up of a modern kitchen-diner and living room. The modernised fitted kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances so you can enjoy a self-catering holiday. For your entertainment a flat screen TV, DVD player and WiFi are provided and there is a large L shaped sofa set for when you want to relax indoors.

First Floor

Here you will find two gorgeous en-suite rooms, conveniently arranged as a twin and a double so parents can sleep near to children. Each room is furnished with comfortable beds, ample wardrobe space and bright and airy private shower rooms. Both open out onto furnished balconies which face out to the sea and harbour, perfect for sipping your morning coffee.

Second Floor

The generous master suite with walk-in shower room covers the whole of the second floor. From here you can step out onto the roof terrace which is furnished with table and chairs. The elevated perspective from this terrace captures panoramic views of the sea and mountains

Outside Villa Yahvi

Arranged to the front of the living space is a large private terrace fronted by an infinity pool. This pool has an integrated shallow pool, perfect for families with smaller children. The pool can be heated for an additional fee during the cooler months of the season. A sunbathing patio surrounds the pool with sun loungers provided for all guests. To the rear of the terrace is a pergola shaded alfresco dining and seating area so you can really make the most of outdoor living.

Please note the pool is active between the months of May and October. If you would like the pool to be heated there is an additional cost of £75 per week. You must notify us at least 7 days prior to arrival so the heating system has time to reach optimal temperature.

Payment Information

• £250 damage deposit, returned within 10 days after check out assuming there is no damage.
• If you would like the pool to be heated there is an extra weekly fee of £75.
• 25% deposit to be paid when booking and the remaining 75% balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Villa Yahvi Location

This lovely property is situated high up in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which gives fantastic views but makes the walk from town back to the villa a bit of a challenge. Going downhill to the centre is an easy 10-15 minute walk but guests may choose to use the reasonably priced local taxi services for the uphill journey back to the villa. If you are a larger group and looking to book another property in close proximity to this one villa Azur and villa Panorama 2 are just a short walk away.
